Three story, 22,000 sq. ft. Medical Office Building. Building tenants are Caldwell Internal Medicine, West Valley Medical – Sleep Center, Interpath Labs and Altitude Physical Therapy. The building is a wood framed structure with a combination of stucco, brick and metal exterior finishes.
